Suskens match

Dalehill played away to Hever today (18th January) in what can only be described as wet and muddy ground conditions, this game has been postponed once due to weather so it was nice that we were able to get the game played today. We were up against a strong home team that proved hard to beat with the pairings of Nigel Fuller/Paul Bosher.   Craig Howell/Micheal Banfield.  Josh Cleaver/Patrick Lewis  Christopher Down/Jonathan Doucy all losing their matches  however Chris and JD did manage a comeback from 3 down to take the game to the 18th green. A half was secured by Ray Akehurst/Bill Milford  which means Dalehill lost 4 1/2 to 1/2.  We go again in the next round to another away match to Sweetwoods so hopefully we can get a result there.
