Big fundraiser for Children in Need

Children in Need 2018   

A big thank you to everyone who played in the Children in Need day, to everyone who supported the event by donating prizes and to everyone who donated a bottle of wine.

The day started at 8.00am with registration and raffle, the raffle raising over £1200.

There were 30 teams of 4 players playing golf with a shotgun start at 10am, hole prizes on every hole, a Pudsey challenge on hole 7 and coffee and donuts (supplied free of charge by Tesco in Hawkhurst) on the drinks buggy.

Dinner was followed by a game of heads or tails were the winner received a wheelbarrow full of bottles of wine (over 80 bottles), Auction and prize presentation.

Congratulations go to Scott Tracey’s team who not only won the event, but picked up a bottle of wine for best dressed team in matching yellow trousers, matching tops and Pudsey yellow hats.

The Final total is to be confirmed, but very much looks like we raised over £10,000
